Principal Physiotherapist
Amanda De Vas Gunawardena
Amanda graduated from the University of Melbourne’s Doctor of Physiotherapy program. Prior to completing her physiotherapy studies, she completed a Bachelor of Biomedicine also at the University of Melbourne.
This combination of degrees has shaped Amanda into the physiotherapist she is today; with an interest in movement kinematics, Amanda also appreciates utilising a holistic approach to management. Amanda is particularly keen in conditions surrounding the knee and shoulder. Being a GLA:D certified physiotherapist, Amanda strongly believes in exercise therapy, and empowerment through self-management.
Amanda has worked predominantly over the past 5 years in the private sector; in both private practice and private hospitals. She also has experience working with children; previously seeing a paediatric caseload within private practice.
Outside of work Amanda stays very active. She enjoys dancing, art and jogging. During her free time, you can usually find Amanda exploring (or painting) the beautiful nature of Melbourne and surrounds, or spending time with her family and fur baby.
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Shruti Dua
Shruti graduated from the University of South Australia with a Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India.

Her clinical experience includes a varied caseload, having worked in both the public and private health sectors locally and overseas. She has a special inclination towards working with vertigo, jaw, knee and shoulder disorders.
​
Shruti utilises treatment approaches such as manual therapy, taping, motor control training, clinical pilates, dry needling and exercise prescription to holistically rehabilitate her clients in their journey out of pain.
​
She adopts a biopsychosocial and collaborative approach to encourage clients to take charge of their situation.
​
Outside of work, Shruti enjoys canvas painting, exploring Victoria, Sci-Fi movies and pilates to keep her fitness up.
Physiotherapist
Ashley McGregor
Ashley graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. During her time studying, Ashley worked with musculoskeletal and neurological populations in various hospital settings, as well as treating paediatric populations in a private setting.

Ashley uses a holistic approach in collaboration with clients, so that they can work towards achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. She strongly believes in empowering clients to take an active participation in their recovery through education, exercise and hands on techniques.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys playing AFL, basketball, going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.
Physiotherapist
Jyotsna Raj-Boge
Jyotsna Raj Boge, graduated from Latrobe University with Bachelor of Applied science and Masters of Physiotherapy degree. She has also completed her certification in Reiki back home in India.

Jyotsna believes that complete care is very important for a happy and healthy life. Emotional and mental well being are as important as being physical fit This attitude has helped Jyotsna to have a broader approach with the way she practices physiotherapy.
In her spare time, you can find Jyotsna practicing meditation, listening to music and having a good sense of humour towards life.

Osama Saeed
Osama Saeed, joins Evans Street Physiotherapy, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise. With seven years of clinical experience, Osama has established himself as a dedicated professional committed to enhancing the well-being of his patients.
Osama's passion lies in the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with a specialized focus on addressing issues related to the neck and back. His holistic approach to physiotherapy combines evidence-based practices with a compassionate understanding of his patients' unique needs. Whether it's managing chronic pain, improving mobility, or facilitating recovery from injuries, Osama is known for his personalized and effective treatment plans. In his spare time, Osama Likes to watch Movies and Sports.
